‍Inaugural awards recognize best of access, reimbursement, and patient support services across life sciences

 NEW YORK – August 19, 2025 – Courier Health, the leading patient experience company for the life science industry, today announced the launch of the Patient Innovators Awards, recognizing the exceptional programs and people redefining the biopharma patient experience.

While the life sciences industry has long celebrated sales, marketing, product launches, and other commercial milestones, the Patient Innovators Awards uniquely honor the heroes across Field Access, Patient Services, and related teams who work tirelessly to ensure patients start and stay on life-changing therapies. In this inaugural year, winners will be selected across three categories, including Patient Services Team of the Year, Access & Reimbursement Team of the Year, and Patient Experience Innovator of the Year, for their relentless commitment to patients and willingness to innovate to drive better health outcomes.

This year’s Summit is anchored around enabling the AI-driven patient experience.
